Add the booking widget to your website

Add Apricint to WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, or an HTML website.

Get your code

First confirm that your public booking page works. Then open Online Booking, choose your website platform, and click Copy code.

Always use the complete code from your own account. It contains your salon link and a unique widget ID. You never need to share admin credentials with your website editor.

WordPress

Add a Custom HTML block in the block editor, paste the code, and check the preview before publishing. WordPress.com permits iframe and script code only on a paid plan with hosting features enabled. If part of the code disappears after saving, check your plan first. This restriction does not automatically apply to self-hosted WordPress sites.

Wix

Choose Add Elements → Embed Code → Embed HTML, paste the Wix code, and click Apply. Set the outer element to at least 900 pixels high, then check it separately in the mobile editor. Use the Wix-specific code because Wix cannot automatically resize the outer frame and accepts HTTPS addresses only.

Shopify

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize. Open the intended page template, add a Custom Liquid section, and paste the Shopify code. Save and test the published page. If your theme does not offer Custom Liquid, use a compatible theme or ask a Shopify developer to place the code.

Squarespace

Add a Code block, choose HTML, keep Display Source disabled, and paste the code. Iframes and JavaScript require a Squarespace plan that supports custom code. If necessary, use Safe Mode to preview it and always verify the published page.

Webflow

Add a Code Embed element from the Add panel, paste the Webflow code, and publish. Scripts may only run in preview or on the published site. Code Embed requires an eligible Workspace or active Site plan.

Standard HTML

Place the code in the page's <body>. Do not change the src, widget ID, or script address. The iframe retains a safe fixed height if a website security policy blocks automatic resizing.

Verify the result

After publishing, verify that:

  1. The widget loads on desktop and mobile without horizontal scrolling.
  2. Its height adjusts, or remains large enough on Wix.
  3. You can select a service, staff member, date, and time.
  4. A complete test booking produces the expected confirmation.

A blank area usually means the host website removed part of the code or blocks the Apricint domain with a Content Security Policy. Check that the complete HTTPS code was saved. Use the public booking link as a temporary fallback.
